Digital twin
Create more transparency for your maintenance processes: With Membrain's new digital twin, all configured live data can be documented automatically - easily, quickly and configurable by the specialist department. Current messages and statuses can be visualized live in the hall plan using drag & drop.
Highlights
- Plan configuration
- Link to technical objects (maintenance status)
- Live visualization of sensor data
- Interval definition for sensor data (color coding)
With the hall plan, it takes just a few clicks to link the machines on the plan to your own digital image in SAP. The current maintenance status of the machines is immediately visible. This simplifies the monitoring of maintenance processes and can be mapped at any level of granularity. Thanks to the flexible configuration, users can decide for themselves whether data is recorded and visualized for an entire plant, a hall or for individual production lines.
The visualizations can be enriched with data from controllers and sensors from the machine park (OPC-UA, MQTT). These can be linked to SAP objects and thus also to the spatial representation of the objects in the digital twin using drag-and-drop.
Intervals can be easily defined for sensor and machine data, which influence the appearance depending on the current value (color coding). All data is processed highly efficiently, providing valuable, contextualized information about all relevant events on the store floor in real time.
The ability to store all events in the store fully automatically and contextualized in time series databases (e.g. InfluxDB) prepares you to implement self-learning maintenance processes without additional effort.
It is quick and easy to configure automated actions (e.g. creating notifications or orders in SAP PM) for all recorded data!
